Yes. Included with the Ultimate / End-to-End package, we can activate short-stay management through CleVista Hospitality — handling guest bookings, check-in/out, cleaning, and reviews. Revenue share is agreed case-by-case based on property type and season.
No. Listing fees are one-time per property. Ongoing costs only apply if you elect for CleVista Care (maintenance) or CleVista Hospitality (short-stay management) — and those are quoted separately, transparently, and only after you approve them in writing.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and international remittances (Wise, Remitly). For property transactions, all funds are routed through advocates' client accounts — the safest and most regulated channel in Kenya. We never request cash payments outside formal channels.
Our sale commission is a competitive percentage of the final sale price, agreed in writing before listing. No commission is charged unless a sale completes. Listing fees are separate and cover the marketing and platform exposure.
Yes. We currently operate primarily in Diani / Ukunda and the South Coast (including Galu, Tiwi, Msambweni). For Greater Coastal Kenya (Mombasa, Nyali, Kilifi) we assess on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your property location.
